Job Description:
As a valued member of our Engineering & Facilities team, you will play a pivotal role in preserving the property’s infrastructure and promptly addressing guest maintenance needs. Key responsibilities encompass preventive maintenance on kitchen and machinery tools, thorough inspection of tools and equipment, efficient transportation of equipment, and meticulous inventory management. The role also involves adept troubleshooting and repairs in various areas, including air conditioning, refrigeration, electricity, plumbing, and more.

Qualifications:

Possession of a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Readiness to work in diverse weather conditions
Fundamental knowledge or the ability to acquire expertise in various maintenance categories

Responsibilities:

Swiftly respond to and resolve guest repair requests.
Engage with guests to effectively address and resolve maintenance issues.
Execute preventive maintenance on kitchen and machinery tools.
Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines.
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.
Maintain a well-organized inventory of maintenance supplies and request parts as necessary.
Employ appropriate communication programs and standards to relay daily activities and concerns to other shift employees.
