Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance Agents play a pivotal role in creating a positive passenger experience by:
- Safely and comfortably assisting disabled passengers to and from aircraft seats using mobility devices
- Pushing passengers in wheelchairs to and from gates
- Carrying passengers’ carry-on luggage
- Offering greetings and assistance upon airport arrival
- Aiding with checked and claimed luggage
- Directing passengers to appropriate security lines at TSA
- Addressing and assisting passengers with any problems, questions, or concerns
Training and Growth:
Comprehensive training, covering orientation, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job aspects, is provided. With gained experience, you can explore diverse roles such as Lead Agent, Dispatcher, Compliance Coordinator, Supervisor, General Manager, and more.
Flexibility:
As this is a union-based position, your initial schedule will be assigned based on seniority to meet airport requirements. Availability for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays is necessary, with mandatory overtime possible based on operational needs.
Compensation and Rewards:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer literacy for data entry and retrieval
- Ability to perform various physical activities
- Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft, ability to use radio equipment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
