Key Responsibilities:

• Employ a consultative sales approach to navigate customers through product options, demonstrating your passion for assisting people.
• Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.

Compensation:
Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $14.15 – $16.08 per hour, plus uncapped commissions. Meeting sales goals can lead to top sellers earning $62,460 per year. The individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
