Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per annum

Job Summary:
As a Manager on Duty – Cargo Services, your pivotal role involves directing supervisory personnel, overseeing staffing requirements, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering discipline, serving as a liaison between first-level supervisors and upper management, and upholding compliance with corporate security programs and TSA legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of WFS Employee Handbook, WFS Supervisors Manual, union contracts, and relevant documents.
- Effective communication to groups, managers, clients, and customers.
- Problem definition, data collection, and valid conclusions drawing.
- Ensuring the implementation of site-specific security plans.
- Administering practices fairly and equitably, treating all stakeholders with respect.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two to five years of prior management/specialist supervisory experience in field service duties.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in airline pricing.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and days off.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasional movement within the office.

- Office environment work.
- Clear communication on the telephone.
