Position Overview:
As the Plumbing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and supervising the plumbing, drain, and excavation departments. Acting as a client interface and problem solver, you will guide new and existing personnel, ensuring overall departmental effectiveness and profitability. This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute significantly to the company’s success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer operational leadership with a proven track record of managing profit and loss.
- Lead the department toward predefined production, revenue, and profit goals.
- Orient new team members to the company’s expectations.
- Assess and enhance the competency and capability of personnel through coaching and training.
- Ensure that quality workmanship standards and expectations are consistently met.
- Manage the hiring, training, and ongoing supervision of team members.
