Position Details:
As an Automotive Detailer and Car Washer, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our Complete Clean Pledge, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the industry. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors in adherence to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
- Vacuuming and preparing vehicle interiors to meet Complete Clean Pledge criteria.
- Washing, cleaning, and drying the exteriors of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks.
- Checking fuel levels, warning lights, and inspecting windshields for damage.
- Performing factory resets/restorations and checking for customer items in the vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying fluid levels and adding as necessary.
- Inspecting tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
- Scrutinizing vehicles for safety concerns and promptly reporting any issues.
- Fueling and staging vehicles efficiently.
- Maintaining a well-organized and tidy work area.
- Utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assisting customers as required, including transportation to and from branches.
- Contributing to the overall site appearance through various cleaning tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively pursuing self-improvement through self-assessment, skill development, and training.
- Upholding regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Undertaking miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Have no drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 5 years.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
